Tier One Hardware and Software

Sterling Associates has flexible support options, while available 24 hours a day, not every customer needs that and we understand and prioritize accordingly. When our client is open from 8 am until 5 pm, Sterling Associates will schedule to perform routine remote maintenance afterhours, preventing a disruption in the office environment. When our client is associated with public safety, first responder or medical facility, we will respond at any hour under any condition to correct any issue governed by our contract.
