Business Email Security Module

91% of malicious acts on the internet begin with an email. Sterling Shield redirects all incoming emails to a secure cloud-based filter. This independent cloud-based service uses 2 separate scan engines connected to a global threat analysis service to remove infections. Then the email is examined for spam and fishing attempts. Then the email is categorized, labeled and passed to the companies M365 hosted Exchange server.

M365 Detection and Response Module

The M365 D&R module is an AI based tool that monitors all attack vectors of the M365 cloud. This ever-vigilant AI module is backed by a team of trained threat hunters, who analyze and act on our behalf 24 Hours a day to mitigate the cloud-based risk that is ever-present.

The third Layer is quite unique, by bonding an Ai module to the Microsoft Defender program Stirling Associates is capable of monitoring computers and servers alike for infections or intrusions. Managed Backup Module

The Managed Backup Module was designed to provide an additional layer of protection against ransomware. The data is encrypted locally, then transmitted through a secure tunnel to the destination. The data is stored in an encrypted state, then the connection is reset and can only be accessed using a three factor authentication.

The Managed Domain Name Service Module provides a managed firewall for client systems that travel beyond the protection of the network hardware as well as preventing browser highjack and redirection attacks.
